Doesnt work

When I first bought it, I couldnt wait to use it. When I had a meeting this one time and I needed to text everyone to remind them, I didnt work. 35 people didnt get the text. I panicked a little buy I have to use the default app. It just says failure and it couldnt send any out. Im very disappointed, it almost cost me that meeting!
