Group SMS Examine App

Voilà une application très simple dusage, qui répond parfaitement au besoin denvoyer des SMS ou des Mails à des groupes de contacts. De plus, elle permet aussi de créer et de gérer les groupes, ce à quoi je ne mattendais pas ce qui est très pratique et qui complète parfaitement lapplication. La fonction Aide est superbe. Ce sont des vidéos qui montrent le mode demploi: cest très, très clair et très bien fait..

Ne prend pas tous les contacts dun groupe... Donc ça sert à rien! Bravo vous mavez pris 0,79€!

Meme en synchronisant liphone 5 sous iOS 6.1.2, impossible de créer les listes. La FAQ mentionne de cocher la synchronisation des contacts par itunes mais cest impossible pour moi.... Cest peut etre mon compte Exchange ou alors mes sauvegardes sur icloud qui causent le bug. Bref degouté....

Ne fonctionne pas avec iOS 7 ...!! Correction urgente svp

Avant ça marchait très bien avec Iphone 4, mais depuis iOS 7 et sur le 5s plus rien. Dommage.

Tous les contacts du groupe ne recoivent pas le message. Impossible de voir doù vient le problème !!!

Irritating app. All names or numbers can’t include. Very bad app. No any updates. Maybe the app maker is fugitive.

App no longer works on ios8 and above. Please fix. This was a 4star app but now down to 1star until it gets fixed.

Can create groups but can't add contacts to them (at least if you can it's not very apparent how to do so). I could have done this without wasting $0.99 on the app. I watched the video that showed me how to do what I had already tried. I guess an update (iOS 9?) must have broke this.

Since the new update, none of my texts go thru. It says send and that's it. The group doesn't show up in my texts feed either. Please fix this.

I just paid for this right now. Sent messages to a group of 16 and 18 but not one individual has received my messages. Will rate higher if I get an explanation or a fix to these problems.

Been using this product since I got my iPhone over a year ago. Love it. It helps me in business and keeping up with different groups, with 40 employees, 5 kids, their spouses, grand kids etc. I also use Group SMS to group friends, golf buddies, and co-workers. I find all kind of uses whether its SMS or group emails. Thanks for a great product.

Worthless app can get the same for free that works better & less confusing than this stupid app. Save your $$$!

The iMessage screws up this app.

Sends SMS messages as MMS. That's why I got this.

This is a terrible app! It continued to send blank SMS texts to my group with over 50 people in it. How embarassing. The customer service was not helpful--they sent me an email with a link to their website. Thanks a lot. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Tried to send text to 10 contacts. Only went to four. App is junk.

Sends text only messages to multiple recipients as MMS just like the built in messaging iPhone app, NOT as SMS as advertised. Waste of $1.

Tried sending to 30 contacts. Message failed everytime. Should be refunded. I deleted the app in less then 10 min. Total waste.

So far this app has worked as advertised and I could not be happier. Well worth the 99 cents! I can create, delete and edit groups from my phone. The only future enhancement I would like is to allow Pictures to be sent. I give you 4 stars till I can send a picture. Ok just found two bugs that are easy to work around but a bit annoying. First is that if you have someone listed as “Home#” only instead of “Mobile#” it won’t send to them. That’s ok I can update my list to Mobile. Second bug I found is after I went into my contacts from the phone not the sms app and updated the mobile#s. the SMS still showed them as home#. I had to kill the SMS app from my quick launch and open it again to update the numbers on the group list. Not a big deal after I figured that out of course. I still give it 4 stars!

This fills an important need for the iPhone, sending a text/email to a group of contacts. So far it has worked very well for me with text and email. The developer has even responded to a few concerns and requests. Also for the price it gives you a simple need for less money then other apps... Very good app!

After contacting the support group prior to purchasing this app to make sure it would work as expected I was looking forward to be able to build and email groups wihtin my Exchange Contacts. NOT SO! Apparently, even though it says in the description it works with MS Exchange contacts and Google Exchange contacts, that is NOT the case. Once you down load and install, the first time you try to build a group you get a pop-up notification saying the Exchange contacts are NOT supported. What? You MUST sync with your computer and allow for this app to doublae/triple your contacts by setting up a local copy of your address book. Even after doing that set-up and trying out the program it was not really useful. You only have the choice of sending your group emails to one or all of the contacts you put on your group email list. Even then, you do not have a chance to choose which ONE (just picks the first listed email for that contact.). I would rate this one a DO NOT BUY! (However, I will say the customer support was good :) )

It says it works with exchange, buy if u try to create groups it says u need a local contacts on a mac. This app is a scamm

Really great app. Solves the problem to send sms to lot of people once. I've been using it. But sometimes crash the iPhone and make the older messages disapear. This need to be fixed. But it still worthy.

When I first bought it, I couldn't wait to use it. When I had a meeting this one time and I needed to text everyone to remind them, I didn't work. 35 people didn't get the text. I panicked a little buy I have to use the default app. It just says failure and it couldn't send any out. I'm very disappointed, it almost cost me that meeting!

I was so excited to download and use this app bcus it looked simple and easy to use. Well, even after I figured everything out, my msgs wouldn't send. It just says failure. I should have read the reviews before purchasing it. This app was a waste of my dollar.

I was soo happy when I downloaded the free trial, when I got the official verssion and try to send a text blast to 150 persons, the phone goes crazy, it crashes the whole OS. DONT BUY THIS APP, I FEEL SOO RIPT OFF, THIS APP SHOULD PAY PEOPLE TO USE IT INSTEAD OF CHARGING... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

A good simple fix to a very simple problem.

I have used this app for a 2 months now. Works great! The newest version allow you to create you own groups. For those who rated this app poorly. I would tell you to reinstall it and give it another try. Instructional videos are a nice touch.

works as advertised. however, I can't seem to figure out how to DELETE groups once they are created, not sure it's possible. If that can be done I will change to 5 stars.

Everytime i send a group text now it says FAILED, it was working at 1st but now it fails every time

This is a very simple app that just does what the description says: send a text to a group of people form your address book. (The texts are send using the plan you have with your phone.) I use this app since version 1.0 and with that version you could only define (who is in) a group on your computer, so not on your phone. Version 1.1 allows you to create and edit the groups on your phone as well. I mention this because 2 of the reviews with version 1.0 are not completely fair, imho. The people who wrote those did not read the description that came with version 1.0. (I am not saying they should but if they had they would have known what the app does do and does not do.) But I suppose they are happy now because their problem is solved with version 1.1.

You should already have your groups defined to use this app, but in my case this is no problem, because I create and organize my groups always on the desktop (Mac). So, once you have your groups defined, this apps works perfectly and does the job well.
